Why we exist

We believe health innovation deserves better strategic decisions. Not because better decisions guarantee success, but because they improve the probability that innovation creates meaningful impact.

For almost a quarter of a century, this belief has guided every collaboration, every conversation and every strategic decision we have supported.

What almost a quarter of a century has taught us

Scientific excellence is essential. So are technology, regulation, clinical development and investment. Yet the quality of strategic decisions often determines how successfully innovation progresses through them.
